Haley is a Registered Social Worker who completed her Bachelor of Social Work at the University of Regina in 2021. She has experience supporting children, teens, adults, and seniors whose lives have been shaped by complex circumstances, systemic barriers, and environments that may not have met their needs. Haley has a special interest in working with individuals experiencing stress, burnout, and the lasting impacts of trauma. She is passionate about helping people understand how their life experiences and social environments influence their physical and emotional wellbeing. As a fellow ADHDer, Haley’s practice is neurodivergent-affirming and grounded in a compassionate, culturally safe, trauma-informed, and systemic approach. Alexis is a small-town Saskatchewan girl. She is a Social Worker with Registered Saskatchewan and Canadian designations. She has worked in Social Work since 2004. Alexis has a strong connection working with children, youth, adults, seniors; and over the past several years specializing in services coaching other professionals and leading professional teams. She was drawn to areas of healing, identification, connection and positive acceptance. This led her to specialize and become an accredited Therapist in 8 different therapy modalities. This allows her a vast toolbox of experience and technique to share with you.
